Meet the Presenter: Brenna Quan AIFD

Brenna Quan AIFD approaches floristry from a creative standpoint. Her artistic expression developed in early life, studying dance and theatre, eventually landed her on stages across the United States and Canada as a performer and choreographer. During this time, she also discovered the emotional connection between flowers and the human spirit, making her keen on developing this other art form.

Now an award-winning floral artist and educator based in Vancouver, Canada, she is recognized for her detailed design work in public exhibitions such as Fleurs de Villes, as well as imaginative creations shared in demonstrations, on her social media platform and in various floral art book compilations. As a competitor, some notable accolades include First Place in the 2016 & 2019 Pacific North West Design Competitions, First Place in the 2019 Maple Leaf Cup and representing Canada, she was the runner up in 2016 Gateway to the Americas Cup, She has presented on the AIFD® Symposium Main Stage in Anaheim in 2016 and most recently in Las Vegas in 2022.

She is the current AIFD® North West Chapter President. Brenna has been a regular contributor for Florists’ Review magazine, the Fleurvana Summits and other educational video series. Knowledge sharing, inspiring creativity and evolving her style and design methods keep her energized! Highlighting the beauty of natural materials and bringing it to the public eye brings her much joy.
